Can we either put it back in game and give it a function

or

Delete the skill and let folks that have trained it re-allocate the skillpoints?

It has a function ingame, It is required to perform astronautic engineering research with a research agent.

There is nothing to be gained from doing so, but the requirement is there.Twisted
