Change the capacitor UI looks

Hi

For HP we have a white bar turning red so that is a good contrast but for the capacitor it turns transparent witch means that if the background is yellow/orange then your cap level don't show up that good (like in the new nebula thingy)
Make the empty cap bars non transparent black or something.. You could even have a checkbox for capacitor bars beeing transparent or not, that would allow you to have them the way they were or have them more clearly showing by not beeing effected by the background

I wouldnt mind a solid pulsating cirlce that shrinks instead.

Yeah that could work too.

Also you could add capacitor to the readout so that it shows up under structure
