can some 1 help me for play test server pls

Can't log in either. It asks me for a character name and I type in "Lori Janeway" and it says invalid. Submitted a ticket so should know by the end of March.

This is exactly what I've been dealing with myself for about a month and a half now. I try to log in and I use all my credentials correctly and I get "Invalid username/password" even though it's not. I wish I could get some help to fix it, none of the CCP devs are responding. :(

If it's a new character on the account or a new account itself AFTER the last mirror you're tough out of luck until the next mirror.

Nothing you can do about it. Been waiting nearly 3 months now.

Hope they resolve this somewhere in the near future because it's rather a shame to have to wait this long when you acquire a new character.

CCP it'd be great if you can fix this.

It's likely an error related to your password or username.
That message pops up if you get your login info wrong although it's unrelated. (Errors Everywhere)

A) Try using an older password
B) Try using the name of an older character
C) Make sure CAPSLOCK is off
D) Try Spelling your Username Correctly
E) Quit brute-forcing someone else's account.

In order to access the Singularity server you need to have an active account on Tranquility. The account needs to have been active at the time when the current mirror was taken. For example, if your account expired on August 15th and the database mirror is taken 3 days later, your account will be inactive on Singularity, even if you reactivate it on Tranquility afterwards.

That doesn't seem to be the problem he's running into.

If an account is simply inactive, he'll still be able to login then get an Expired Account error. Accounts do not need to be active on TQ to get mirrored, they just need to exist, if his account didn't, he shouldn't get past square one. That being said, inactive accounts at the time of the mirror get auto-activated on SiSi via some script CCP Devs run against the DBs.

He is simply using invalid login information in some aspect. There are older threads somewhere about this in this forum.

No, the title of the thread is an error I've seen commonly related to the launcher being weird about bad passwords.

His account is also older than the mirror so it "should" be present on the server.

I also don't think OP is even following this thread, as ISD has already directed him to the activation thread, and he has yet to post there (8 days ago).

Everyone posting here should try logging in again now - we applied a new mirror to Sisi, taken from TQ on the 15th Feb.
