I have created my own alliance and have Sov over a system to test sovereignty-related gameplay, like outposts, outpost upgrades and jump bridges. Will you be able to upgrade the sov of system L4X-1V (Eberron Tribe) ?

And when my outpost is build and active in that system are you able to seed market stuff to that outpost ? (just a question for now as building is still going for 4 days)

from what iv been told they cant seed stations you build.
it would be better off to claim a station thats in a system you claimed.
thats what im doing.
still waiting tho he may be to busy right now.

Sov bump request for X-R3NM as well as transfer of the station to the Sov holder.
I emailed in game but I didn't have an I-Hub up at the time. Not sure if I needed one.

Thanks.

Hmmm... just like going to a store - buying a gift. They ask to wrap it for you - you say sure why not. And then he puts aside the gift and does something else... and you just stand there .... waiting, waiting.

In my opinion if they are not able to deliver why provide the service ?

Yes yes I will get trolls on "CCP has beter things to do etc etc" ... then I would say - Do not provide the service at all and focus on your other things instead.

Aaah well... time to play RIFT then :-)

Hi all,

Would like to apologise for the tardiness of dealing with these outstanding requests. To shed some light on the reasoning, I have had a change in responsibilities in the company and as a result of this have not had time to address these requests. As a result of this I will be transferring ownership of the test alliance, and Sisi maintenance in general, to a group better suited to take on the task and help you in helping us.

Gaitrie, while I understand that you are unhappy with what you perceive to be a promised service not being delivered, I would like to direct you to the first post in the thread, particularly this sentence: "This is not guaranteed and we are under no obligation to assist or fulfill requests." It is not a promise nor an obligation on our part to provide these bumps, but we endeavour to do so when we can. It is a testament to the contributions of people that this has seemed like a promised service, thus was the former quality of its delivery. I hope that this high level of contribution will resume with the incoming owners of Sisi.

It's been a pleasure assisting you all in my short spell of managing the alliance and I wish you all the best.

1: Hope you got a position higher in the hierarchy and making much more money now :-)

2: I have seen that part of the first post. You are providing the sov bump and the station changes but you are not obligated to do so... so for me the question is why would I then ask for a sov bump or a station changed if there is a 50/50 chance of not getting it done, so why would I then help with sov bugs ?

Well i am waiting as well on a sov bump, but come on give the man a break.
As you said there is a chance they can DO YOU A FAVOUR and help you achieve whatever it is you want to do a lot quicker. If you desperately want to have an outpost on sisi go to a empty system, put down a tcu and build one yourself, like on TQ.

Along with that i want to propose something to ccp regarding this issue: Would it make sense to allow players to bump sov themselfes, if they own the tcu? or speed up the system development by 10 times?
in my opinion the latter would be easier to implement and probably a better idea overall, what do you think?

I am giving the man a break - but if you "are not obligated to do it" why provide the service then ? either do it or just remove the post from this forum - don't be the middle man that decide if he can do it or not while he is in the mood or not. If you are not able to do it anymore just say it and not hide behind that. That is in my opinion CCP major issue - difficult to say no.

As for your suggestion - +1 on that and would love to see that. Chances are slim that CCP will ever do that.

Automating more of the services we can offer to players is indeed something we are looking into. One example of how we have already done this would be the moveme bot, which is imperfect (it still relies on someone logging in and running it at the moment) but can be improved on. Indices are certainly something worth considering.

You all have created this wonderful universe called Eve Online - lots of coding lines. Automating things like the sov bump, mirroring of the chars should be easy to create and would help you and also the community alot.

Isn't is in the case of a developer as that if you can automate it why manual it :-)

Well time to see if we can find more bugs in the void :-)

heres an ideal...make an item that only works on the test server to set hubs to level 5
and make it reuseable and just add it to the market.
:)
you could do other stuff like that as you come up with ideals that will work as an item.

If it would be at all possible for any of you devs to open access to the station in C6Y-ZF please, would really be appreciated..
