I know about the problem with the old scanner. I know it is all going to have to use the new scanner.

But what to do with the delay of the display list in a new scanner? How do I disable it?

To be fair, a vast amount of players rely on DSCAN and it's currently unusable, we're going to be getting threads about this constantly until they fix it.

The Delay is by design, although it should not be as pronounced. CCP is aware.
