Can a Mack be tanked well enough to handle the belt rats in null or should I just go with a Skiff? I don't have any support to clear the belts for me. Just me and my exhumer. Also, shoud I use drones or just count on my tank to save me?

I can tank rats in nullsec with a mack, but you will need something like a medium gist-c shield booster, the bigger rats pack will deal too much damage otherwise. But honestly I prefer using the Mack when there is a few procurer or skiff in the same place, I'll use the Skiff if alone, and a endurance/rprospect if there is a lot of hostile activity nearby.

Procurer can tank mining anom rats (or belt rats... samething right!?) w/ just a medium shield booster, some resists and drones. I prefer that to any exhumer because ::Reds in system:: so there's that
