No you're not the only one.

Two clients neither has a working directional scanner. Scanner remains completely blank.

Are you using the new dscan?

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

Even on the old ones the new effect makes dscan take a few seconds to fully load. This is not ok!

With the patch on February 16 the classic directional scanner (D-Scan) broke and isn’t working as expected.

The workaround:
Enable the “Try new Probe and new Directional Scanners” in the “Experimental Features” section of the settings menu (ESC), general tab.

Yep, old dscan isn't working right now. So CCP want us to use the new one, or what?

The fade in effect was not on the new dscan before this though. The fade in is the main issue. It adds alot of time to relaying fleet intel

Yes. because this is how CCP roll. When they want to push something, they bully their players to submission...

All us Industrialists LOVE the new scanner. Plenty of time to run away from things that make us explode. Two thumbs up, do not change back.

whoever came up with these ideas for the tracking camera and some other little features in that area really needs his employment reviewed, things are suppose to get simpler over time not more complicated, you are working backwards and its really silly.
