Can't Login. Stuck at Login complete, processing bulk data.

Ever since the Feb 9th patch I am unable to log in to the game.

I open up the launcher put in my account details and the game loads up. But as soon as I get to the Login complete, processing bulk data it just stays there until the socket closes after a while.

The resource loading icon in the bottom left corner doesn't spin.

I've tried clearing the cache, verifying the game files. Uninstalling/Restarting/Reinstalling. Installing to different harddrives. Nothing solves this problem. I put in a support and bug ticket and a post on the issues thread last week but I haven't received any response.

So I'm hoping anyone can offer a suggestion to what the issue might be.

I tried connecting to the Singularity test server and was successfully able to log in.


Still am not able to login to the main, Tranquility, server. Monday Feb 8 I was able to log in to the game. Patch time comes and I am stuck at the Login complete, processing bulk data screen.

The Resource Loading icon in the bottom left corner doesn't light up or spin.


Still no response from either the support or bug ticket I put in. :(

Have you had any joy?
Today I get what seems very similar - starts up, goes through the logging on bit, says processing bulk data is complete, and then I just get a black screen and nothing appears to be happening.

Tried a reinstall but no joy

I can also get on to SiSi with no problems

In my logs I can see the following occurring every time I try to log on

ah, ignore me, followed the instructions in the "Update to the Launcher and the repair tool - Fix inside!" thread and EVE happy to run from eve.exe now

I have also been experiencing this issue I logged a support ticket about 4 days ago.

I think it may have started about a week ago? Could have been before that. I've tried reinstalling, repair tool, clearing cache, I'll try what Andedare recommends. But would also be interested in a fix.
