'Acquiring bulk data' every time

In latest build (I believe it's 331178) at login I'm prompted to do 'acquiring bulk data' (all 204 units of them) each and every time I log to SiSi. Is this intended behaviour?

My understanding is they changed something in the bulk data at the end of the day and did not up load it to the client creater in time. Depending on stability of the data and if it so going to change again or not, they will make an effort to include the correct bulk data in the next build. Should see it go away to day after the next sisi build.
