Stuck on "authenticating"

I'm launching from the original launcher, and I get to Authenticating, and the blue bar just flashes at men endlessly.

I'm running the new launcher and I got the same problem Roll

I tried to log in on the account management website and got a message "an unexpected error occured".

however the problem resolved by itself in the meantime.

I had this problem as well using the new launcher (which shouldn't matter at all). I rebooted and launched right away. Second client launch resulted in the same problem. I closed the launcher and used the old launcher and it worked fine.

Probably a lot of coincidences, and not much more, but a combination of those things worked for me. I assume the problem is random an server side and nothing related to my ritual did anything useful.
