Client Failed to install on first attempt.

The client stalled to install after the connection closed by itself due to screensaver or some other security login schemes.

Now, the last file of 2 are downloading and , the downloader is stuck at 20% of that file size and does not resume.


Do I have to restart after deleting everything?

That took about 2 hours so far which is not bad.


I expected the procedure to take 1 or 2 days or longer at the rate of my download (which is extremely slow).


Also, this
Error
occurs. as I tried to click a function near that mouse cursor location, during another procedure of the launcher and it's now stuck , covering the "X" function underneath it.

Recovery,
after closing the launcher and restarting it from the left start button menu icon,
resuming the last file download to 22%+ from 20%.

Edit:
Client finally logged in and flown a Venture to Pasha.
The chat is working too.
The bandwidth changed to 3.15 mbps from 0.30 kbps (= 300 bps baud rate)
I got 2 reports of the traceroute and Basic diagnostic downloaded after many multiple occurrences of no download.
Their client warned me of going over the limit of data cap, though unlimited with no reduction of speed rate.

I also reduced all video properties to low or disabled.

With all files downloaded in the internet data transfers report,
it seems the EVE file was around 3 GB or so, +/- 1 GB, and

it downloaded in about 4 hours at 1 mbps or less.
