you forget the cost of the extractors at roughly 300 mil per extractor you would need 254 extractors.
Thats roughly 76 bil isk you need to spend to get all those skill points out.

Your math is weak.

170m /. 5 =340 extractors * (650-300) profit per extractor = 119b, minus a bit in fees and it's at least 115b still.

171m SP fits into 342 extractors

342 extractors @ ~300m isk each cost a total of ~102.6b isk
The resulting 342 injectors @ ~650m each is valued at a total of 222.3b isk

This results in a profit of ~119.7b isk
