So a buddy of mine restarted his account so figured I would also. Went with the 3 month special that came with a skill extractor. I've searched for a good 30 minutes for it while re-familiarizing myself with the UI and have no idea where to find this thing. Should it be in my hangar or is there some place I need to claim it?

On the screen where you choose your character to login with, look towards the bottom of the screen, you should see "Redeem Items" there.

If not, open up your assets window in-game (button looks like a safe) and see if it's in another station.

Undoubtedly you need to redeem it. Sometimes it can take a few hours for things to appear in the redeem system (though usually it's nearly instant).
