I have no idea how carriers or fighter squads are going to work but here are my ideas on how a siege mode should be created around them

Roll

tbh i would like to see them be a capital with no such module

Alright, you've shown us your solution, now what problem are you trying to solve with this?

Like the previous poster said, a module like this would immediately become "must-fit"

You'd need more drawbacks than just not being able to move. Maybe a massive sig-radius bloom? Maybe it lights a public cyno that anyone within range can jump to?

If you're going to be nigh invulnerable for a minute, might as well spice it up a little.

But we haven't even seen any stats as far as we know even with all that jazz the op posted they could be tissue paper this is nearly pointless to talk about right now

Do you live under a rock or something? Carriers ability to rep and deal damage is being put into two categories.

I think the OP is trying to give carriers a "siege mode" akin to dreds... making them vulnerable in the same way dreds currently are.
