Api still shows skills as trained after extraction

Issue:
If you extract skills from a character, the (xml) api will still show those skills as fully trained.

Example
I extracted "Amarr Starship Engineering" from an alt to boost myself. Yet the api shows still the following:
row typeID="11444" skillpoints="1280000" level="5" published="1"


These makes it difficult for 3rd-party programms to work with and also endangers the integrity of the character-bazaar, since one no longer has any reliable information about which skills a character has (actually) trained.

Agreed I am also seeing this behavior as of this morning

EDIT: They appear to have finally addressed it as of 2/16/16
