We all get what a poco is and what it takes to remove one. What your 400 mil is missing is the type of system (class and effects - a J-number would clear this up, but if you're hooky spooky then give basic info. Do you control the system? If you want me to take down the lava pocos in adhocracy's home system I might want more than 400 mil. What static(s) does the object wh have? HS, LS, c6 - HS static is much easier logistically and so on.
