Do you always have bad pilots in your fleet?
are you tired of people not following your commands?

My idea is that pilots can somehow form certain connections together with their spaceships- and once connected the fc can controll the new giant ship and other players (who were in thier previous ships) can watch- but have no controll over their ship-

this ensures that slow or 'bad' players can be still somewhat usefull to the fleet.


gallente ships can form together to form a 'finster'
minmatar ships can form a 'squat'
caldari can form together to form a 'scorpina'
amarr players can form a 'goldar'

ships from different races form together a 'megazord'


the fleet must unassemble to jump gates.

Do you really think anyone would play this game to allow someone else to control his or her ship, regardless of skill?

Nah.

"Bad players" and their "bad decisions" that "badly affect" a group produce some of the best stories in EVE. Big smile

Besides... there is already a way to ensure "competence" in your group: target the "bad players" and blow them up. Not only is it enjoyable, but it's to the point and adds extra incentive for the "bad players" to not be so bad. Did I also mention that's it's enjoyable? Twisted

can the idea be expanded to keep people from "bad posting" on the forums?

in other words: OP, your idea is terrible ... you should be ashamed of yourself.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

I actually like this idea, they should have responsibility for something though, say weapons, anti weapons, ecm stuff like that.

I have managed to ascertain, using my 30 seconds of research stemming from the video posted previously, that the sole role for all involved in situations such as this is to boldly shout "ELEPHANT TECHNIQUE, TRANSFOOOOORM".

Yes the way this idea is implemented is HORRIBLE....


BUT if you would only change the "ship control" and change it with something like a " bar...that according to how many + or - this pilot was rated/ or like something with the rating from 1-10" we would see if he is cooperative, helpfull,good and whatever.....



Still i am not really much in favour, since some may just keep trolling others or be infavour of others.......

not really much in favour....
