That statement seems rather stupid when one considers the numerical support that a site like SomethingAwful.com has.


Which is a small percentage compared to the greater EVE community.

The survey is only open to registered EVE account holders.

In this particular issue there is nothing that the SomethingAwful comminity can influence that cannot be easily overwhelmed if the general EVE population feel's otherwise.

Stop thinking like a victim.

ok so the survey is open to everyone you do not have to log in to use it and yes only thing you need is the link and its open to all

no login is needed
no toon name is needed
just click the link and finish the survey

not sure if anyone see a issue with this and the way this can effect our game.
the ping today was the start of the new season for nurf this its to hard for us goons thing.

why fight it you know you can't fight a minority determined to destroy you game.

The greatest trick the Goons ever pulled, was making people think Goons are something to fret about.

Google "Threat Display". You might realize how facepalm worthy this thread is.

By the way, since we're already talking, do you want to buy a rifter? I've got the cheapest rifters in Metropolis. If you can find a cheaper rifter, buy it!

I agree with you there. Without the need for a log in, the survey is pointless as you can complete it multiple times as long as you use different computers.

The wishlist is pretty much complete...

But what point is he making? What, exactly, have "goons" done wrong in this instance?

Mittens encouraged his alliance to participate in a survey, that's all. That's not "wrongdoing". That's doing what every responsible community leader should do: encourage his constituency to make themselves heard through the correct channel.

The only malfeasance here is that other alliance leaders didn't do the same.

after all the years of goons in this game we are under a serous thread this time we need to stop them now we need to hold off the blob from the pubbie empire,
ccp we have had goons controlling the game for too long even with threats made to you as a company help stop then with us.
