He's stating that given the cost of skill points on the market with the new extractor/injector system it's only worth 14B after its all said and done.

Well, i'd like to see the math on how you got to that. If you injected a fresh toon and got the full 500k sp, you would need

25,000,000 / 500,000 = 50 skill injectors

Last market price i checked for skill injectors was about 640mil.

50 * 640,000,000 = 32,000,000,000

32 billion for 25 million SP

Don't forget you pay for extractors. So looking at average cost of extractors hovering around 290-305 in Jita, you're looking at 14.5-15B for those alone. Unless you want to spend over 150USD for them. Even then people are probably still going to offer what SP is going for. After extractor purchase of course.

Also diminishing returns suggests you'd need more than just fifty to get to 25m sp. 400k-5m = 9.2 injectors, 5m-25m sp = . So people are going to low ball and offer at or near what you'd make if you were to extract all SP from the character that you could to turn a profit.

That being said to avoid your thread from being locked I'll up my offer to 16b.

Just for clarification to for math >5m sp = 500k injected, 5-50m sp = 400k sp injected.

Isabella, according to what we know from a streamer doing it on the first day, if you inject the skillpoints while still under a ceiling, they are counted as "unspent" and not part of the char. So, TECHNICALLY, (and i'm sure this will be changed), if you inject all your Skill Injectors before using any of them, you can get full return. However, you are right, normally subject to diminishing returns.
