EVE Overview XML Help

I often see players with custom colors and labels in videos for EVE and was wondering how they did it. One example being the Damage being in an easy to read format and also when they click on player ships it is easier to read. My goals are to make damage and bracket look like this.

For when I click on another ship with Distance and ShipType being dark orange with all the others being dark green. Also if I could make the text bigger it would be great.

Distance
PilotName's ShipType
CorpName AllianceName

For damage my goal is this:

GunGroup does XXX Damage to ShipType (PilotName)

With damage being truncated to have no decimal and the number being red.

I know there are tools or ways to do this out there, but I just can't find them. Any help would be appreciated

The site that hosted the tool to modify the overview is no longer in service.

Although no directly related to the OPs post, I found a neat thing you can do with the overview tabs.

Go into your Overview Settings, then Overview Tabs, you can change the color of each tab by changing the Tab Name (First column) to something like this:

Default

Change the [ to the less than sign, and ] to the greater than sign. (Darned HTML being disabled :P)

I'm looking at the XML output, and pending what the group IDs are, I should be able to whip something up for all to use to play with the overview XML file.
