The new launcher, EveLauncher-1011198.exe will not start on one of my windows 10 machines. The file downloads and when I start it I get the message box that asks if I want to allow changes to the system, a flicker and it goes away. I have another very similar windows 10 machine that it works fine on. I have tried running it as regular user and admin with no difference. Any ideas, thanks any information.
