is their anyway i can get a complete re-do(race change and all) on this character? Ive completely stopped playing on this character after the avatar updates. From a RP standpoint i cant get the face to match the name like it once was, and that's disappointing.

and before anyone says it, yes biomass is a option but a complete waste of previously trained SP.

More new information about the WiS feature and the plans for it's future development can be found in this post:

This should shed some much needed light on the subject, but please keep your suggestions and idea's to the Features and Ideas page and not on that thread.
Any ideas that you come up with have a good chance of being included in our team's backlog. (Within reason of course as saying that you want a personal CQ slave who will still communicate with you even when you are not online is probably, slightly beyond us)
So have a read at the above linked post, follow the thread and get those idea's for WiS features down into writing.
