Price History doesn't show same data as yesterday

Hello,

Yesterday (2016.02.09), the "High" price for Skill Extractors in The Forge was around 390,000,000.

Today, it shows 316,000,000 for the same day. I also know people that sold Skill Extractors for more than 316M.

Also, the amount of transactions was higher than what it is showing today.

Am I missing something here? Does CCP post-process the price history data?
