Incompatible build, launcher does not find updates

I get error message with my client: incompatible build
I have restarted launcher several times, but it does not detect that update is needed,
how I can fix that?

EDIT:
http://client.eveonline.com/patches/premium_patchinfoTQ_inc.txt
insists that following build is current:

BUILD:1005138, 1005138, 2016.02.05
0,0,0

5th of february?
While there was new build yesterday at 9th of feb
and there seems to be again new build today at 10th of feb???

I'm having the same problems. The launcher, both new and old, won't download any patch and so I can't login because of the "incompatible build" error

I have the same problem. After logging in i get the error message "incompatible build".

Yep, current TQ build is 1006189, launcher claims latest build is 1005138.

Same problem. And it also seems that the launcher (i use the new one) take longer time to start than it used to.

was working fine BEFORE downtime, AFTER downtime shows incompatable build! just great
