Has anyone noticed weird things happening in wormholes today?

Im currently sitting in a C5, i have 2 wormhole sigs that dont have wormholes (and havent despawned in the last 30 mins).

I also have 3 signatures that i cant get above 0% probed, system is 11 au wide, various formations, any ranges, they always stay at 0%.

Has anyone else noticed stuff like this?

my small class 1 highsec wormhole had suprise two n110 and one after one respawned scanned them out warped to first and has wormhole. warped to next no wormhole but sig didnt despawn for an hour then it despawn little after but my static wormhole was leading to gallente space suddenly after jumping i landed in one of mimmatar systems , jumped back and went into different wormhole . this happened twice today.
