On one of my clients the notifications icon is no longer responsive but it works fine on the other. It can't be opened, moved anything. It shows a blue flag when a new notification comes in but I can't do anything to read it. I've tried multiple client resets, tried turning notifications off and on again and tried clearing cache. No joy. If I put my cursor over it it doesn't highlight or anything. It just behaves as if the icon isn't there at all.

i have the exact same issue on the character that used both skill extractor and injector.

bug report : EBR-66801

Edit: just logged in and it seems to have resolved itself .

I hadnt thought about the extractor use. I used an extractor on the client that now has the issue and used the injector on the other client. No issues thus far on that client. I'd been trying to figure out what I'd done different on each to narrow down the cause but failed to consider that. Thumbs up guys.

Also submitted a bug report.

yah , im having some issues to on few of my characters, most of them extract some skill out. but none of them use any injector
was about to put bug report up but then i saw this post :)
