When does a trial subscription "succeed"?

I invited a friend and he did the trial and started a subscription with a PLEX and is now happily playing away with a full account. Nevertheless, my invite-a-friend statistics look like this:

Email invites sent: 1

Email Invites accepted: 1

Email Invites upgrade trial success: 0

Open Invites accepted: 0

Open Invites upgrade trial success: 0

I assume I get some benefit when the "Email Invites upgrade trial success" turns into a "1". But when does this happen? Is it considered not a success because he started his subscription with a PLEX?

Plex counts as activation, so you may want to petition that, as you should have gotten the credit within 24 hrs of activation.

I invited a friend once and he upgraded his trial to a full account. I took about a week before I saw the credit on my account.

Is PLEX viable to subscribe.

In the past they already changed the suitable of PLEX to use and which reward you could pick.

Check the ToS and if still viable ask CCP with a petition

If he used a plex, I'd petition it. Sounds like this one slipped through the cracks.

Right now is sellers market for PLEX.

Buddy Invite Terms and Conditions.

If Droidster's account is a full account, then the buddy can activate with PLEX and Droidster should receive 30 days game time.

However, things to check:

- The buddy must have clicked the email link to activate; if they went to Account Management and activated from there without clicking the email link, it won't count.

- Otherwise, it takes a while for the reward to be given.
