Where to buy EVE game time for Canadians?

When I go through the account management, the prices are in USD. Currently when you type 10.95 USD in CAD it's 15.27 (for 12 months)

but when I look at steam... it's 12.16 CAD ( for 12 months )... and CCP doesn't allow you to use your accounts on steam...

so wtf man...

.....

lets just look for laughs... one month only is 14.95 USD ... lets ask google which turns out to be 20.85 CAD... but on steam? it's 16.99 CAD

that is fair right? Kappa

Right, I forgot about that when looking at the subscriptions. Guess I'll use the week-long break to grind for PLEX.

I actually feel like I get a better deal on time/effort by plexing using in-game isk than I do actually buying gametime.

ask steam?.... what?

if you want to use eve on steam, you need a separate account... if you created accounts using eveonline.com you cannot use steam whatsoever, you're locked to only eveonline.com

but for those who live on steam and don't know there is an eveonline.com and don't require steam to play all your games, they pay a cheaper price for sub... get it?

why do steam users pay less than people who use eveonline.com?

that makes no sense at all, and because i decided to use eveonline.com, i'm punished and told to go screw myself, too bad... want to pay a cheaper price? make a new eve account on steam!

True, but it is exhausting when you are just starting out. And for EVE, "just starting out" = the first year of game time. I've been considering many avenues to make my ISK accumulation more efficient (been giving the most consideration to PI, since I've heard you can get the ISK necessary to buy PLEX in a month's time with the proper set-up).

@Rowells: You have to make a brand new account if you enter EVE online through Steam. That is not an option for me.
