Very simple I need room for another toon Rex will be located in Jita, Has No Corp History, ships trained Mining Barges etc, see link above for other details.
Has really good mining skills including Lv5 Ice skills etc (mines 1 block+ of ice in less than 1min Smile).
Has a full set of implants too and can use a lot of T2 mining and other mods etc

Not much more to say need him gone quick so open to offers to sell right away

I understand man, its just your toon really is not worth more than 2 bil, if someone wanted to take the time they could train up to what you have in a little over a month. But good luck man! Free bump :P
