I just recently upgraded from the GTX 760 to a GTX 980ti and appear to be having some issues when playing in Full screen. My mouse (Logitech G700s) seems to skip across the screen when scrolling from side to side, in a fairly predictable pattern, this only seems to occur in full screen, in windowed its fine. This occurs in either 2k or 1080p resolution. This only occurs in Eve, and not on the desktop. I read on the Logitech forums that this might be a mouse acceleration issue, but I have this setting in the Logitech gaming profile turned off. I did turn off the "Enhanced pointer prediction profile" on the windows setting.

Any help would be appreciated!
