Is there another forum out there that is not ran by ccp, and governed by devs. One where more unscrupulous ideas can be discussed.

Both the sites mentioned above are for the truly bitter EVE player.

Better take a flamesuit, and train Thick Skin, and Neckbeard-Tolerance both to level 5 before you attempt to post on either one.
