Looking to buy a focused (if possible) Logi. 5 character made for incursions! Either Caldari or Minmatar Cruiser 5 is fine. Decent nav skills, maxed cap skills, etc.

Can fly a near-perfect Scimitar and Guardian. I've used it both with Warp to Me and The Valhalla Project running incursions myself.
