Max Targeting Range Damp Possible W/ Two Remote Signal Damps

Using a maulus, what do you guys think is the maximum targeting range reduction possible with two signal damps?

As it stands right now, using two allows me to damp my opponents target rage to around 76% of what it normally would be. This is with gallente frigate to lvl4 and with the +5% rig. I haven't trained the other skill that increases damp effectiveness yet.

So with all skills maxed out and a +5% rig what is the max target range reduction i would be able to pull off in a maulus running two damps? Would it be possible to get above 90%?

Fairly certain it's closer 80% without overheating, hopefully Zhilia will be along shortly with the maths.

2 Overheated Damps with Links, 2 rigs and max skills is 94% range damp and 86% non heated.

More so hilarious when scripted for resolution, you get Guardians with sub 50 scan resolution that take minutes to lock MWDing cruisers, NVM ABing HACs.

Ive eft'd that too and used it once or twice. But it doesnt seem to be the case any more. You can get a guard to about 16 seconds lock on a cruiser with tripple damp maulus.

An extended lock range will serve you very well too, even when just putting an ionic rig in.
