I cant login on Singularity Server

Hi,

When i try to log in on Singularity Server, I recive this message:
Sorry, but an error occured while processing your request.

Error code: 43D6EF1A-042A-437F-8B04-852FC38E3453

I tried to connect directly from the client, but I get incorrect password.

Can you help me pls ?

yes i use new launcher...


I recive " incorrect password " when i try to login with E:\Eve Online\SharedCache\sisi\bin\exefile (i created a shortcut and edit him with " /server:Singularity " without " )

I started Eve Online Launcher with Administrator Mode and now i get this error :
