I could use some help pricing these out. The appraisal tool tells me they're worth 20bil and 16bil respectively which seems pretty far off. Thanks in advance.

Kera_ventatte 55-65 hard to price this one to any particular type of buyer but if you spend another 12 months cleaning up and finishing off some key areas you could probably fetch in around 85-90b at about 158mil sp this time next year. of course this could all change with the SP patch, gl.
