Superflous tooltip obstructs information, remove?

Hey,

When a player aligns their notification feed top left, the tooltip telling them "this is the notification feed" blocks the first notification. Every single time.

Is bad design. Please remove, or set it so that it displays once or something. I do not need to be reminded upon every notifiable event in game that "this is the notifications thingy".
