Don't listen to them, just fit WCS. The rage and whine in local when you warp out after being caught is well worth it.Bear

It's just not the same when you leave while they're still scanning. It's normal, and just doesn't produce sufficient amount of butthurt. What?

Lol, ya' tease. Big smile

I suppose you just have to look at your particular case and decide whether the good outweighs the bad. So, does it?

The good: your killers get extra amusement from laughing at your failfit when they gank you with a HIC's infinipoint.

The bad: less dps, crippled lock range and time, making it public knowledge (when your killmail is posted) that you're too stupid to use your d-scan properly and avoid getting killed.

I don't know about you, but IMO this is a very good trade, and you should always fit at least 2-3 WCS.

Obviously use the interdiction nullifier, it's the equivilent of 4 warp core stabs

I thought that the Interdiction Nullifier was only effective against well, interdiction, not warp disruptors / scrams? I'll have to double-check that one. I'd looked at the interdiction nullifier subsystem but obviously not well enough. Cheers for the point out.

You know Merin, I've never actually known for sure when you're being straight up or just pi**y, lol. Plus, D-Scan isn't a lot of good against cloaky tacklers until they decloak, no?

I'm now thinking about getting my alt trained up for an an Oracle for damage dealing and using the Tengu as an orbiting damage taker and simply spamming hydra's, thereby avoiding shyte lock time, et al. Thoughts?

Minimum delay before starting to lock a target*: 5 seconds.

Tengu align time: less than 5 seconds.

Chance of catching a Tengu pilot who isn't AFK: zero.

And of course there's always the classic jetcan on the warp-in point method of dealing with cloaking tacklers. But feel free to ignore these things and fit your WCS, that way we can all laugh at you when a multi-point Arazu tackles you anyway.

*Yes, bombers have zero delay, but they won't live long enough to tackle you.

It is difficult to ignore something you were never aware of Merin. What happened to you, you never used to be this pi$$y? Ah well, ho-hum.

I wasn't aware of the jetcan idea - as surprising to you as that may be Merin - so thanks for that, it will really help. Shame you feel the need to belittle people for not being as informed as you. What?
