I've been really getting into EVE lately and was curious where to find LORE, backstory or even books?

Anyone point me to some resources?

After checking Amazon I see this was a stupid question. But, I'm excited to have some new books on their way! Very cool!

Besides the three books you can also check out the EVE website itself for lore. Lots of stories, background information and news related to in-game events, happenings etc. Also, check out the 'EVE: Source' book. I've read the three novels, and am hoping there will be more on their way. There was a kickstarter for another book recently actually, but I'm not hearing anything about it anymore :(

Well Mr Dave Vanian. There are a ton of really great New Eden things to find out there. Glad you found it.

Check out the lore part of the EVE website, including the history / timeline of the races, and dozens and dozens of various stories and articles written by CCP to flesh out the universe.

But wait, there's more! You can read the so-called world news, which are actually in-character news pieces, where you can see the developments of the various story plots that CCP has cooked up. Typically they try to put some in-character news behind each patch; currently we're dealing with citadels being "researched", previously we had Drifters appear all over the galaxy, years ago we had the coronation of the Amarr empress and Gallente elections, etc. "News" stories often include videos, images, or other such, it's pretty interesting.

If you want an in-character experience, you can bookmark these sites and view them with the in-game web browser. That way it's all in-game.

Be warned...EVE has a dark and twisted history.

Lots of betrayals and the bad guys (a.k.a the Gallente and Minmatar) don't always get what they deserve.

There's tons of injustices against the Amarr and Caldari people, but they stand heroically in the face of such atrocities! A true inspiration to the children.

It sounds plausible enough tonight, but wait until tomorrow. Wait for the common sense of the morning.

Dear OP, as you can see this is an masterpiece of Amarr/Caldari Propaganda against the peace loving citizens of Gallente and Minmatar.
Of course the truly bad guys, are the Amarr and the Caldari!
But thanks to the men and women of the Gallente and Minmatar Armed Forces they are kept at bay.

For sure, read the Chronicles. They're neatly arranged right here. I used to print one out at work every day and read it on the way home. They're not for the squeamish, but still amazingly high quality reading. And they'll give you the real story about certain religious nutjobs and dehumanized corporate ultra-capitalists.

You might be interested in The EVE Reader. He turns the chronicles into audio format and there is already a lot of chronicles covered.
You can find a short commercial with some examples here.
