I know its late to join in. Big smile

I didn't join in earlier, because I wasn't sure enough I could give it my full 100%. Looking at the current developments with my own alliance, I can give it my full 100% now.

Most know me from The Marmite Collective and the many wars we had the last years, but I'm also very active in low-sec industry running posses, 00 pvp and more on my alts. I hope you understand, I 'll keep the names of those alts and their corps/alliances secret Blink

* First of all, I don't want to be someone who is only complaining about things. If you complain about things, you should run for CSM and try to help out. Complaining is very easy, the CSM is hard work.

* My thoughts on war decs.

* Like last year, I still think ganking needs to be looked at, so we get more interaction between attackers and defenders.

* Not going to throw in all kind of new ideas to add/change in Eve, but if you have any, feel free to reply here for my thoughts on them.

* I'm not a native English speaker, so keep that in mind when you hear me on a podcast. The ideas are there, expressing them in proper English is something else. Typing is easier than live podcasts.


Vote for me if you want a hard working guy in the CSM, that is willing to listen to what you have to say and be your voice.

Running for CSM you do as a person, not a character you play in Eve. In real life I help people, in Eve I want to be evil. Don't mix them up when you vote, as the real life player wants be in the CSM.

Think he lacks the alliance members even to get him 1% of the votes of last year.

That's right tora's alliance is nearly dead and he's got more time on his hands cause he isn't taking contracts.

Welcome back to the CSM race, Tora!

Just a quick question for you:

In the past three years, Sabriz Adoudel, Psychotic Monk, and yourself have all been unsuccessful in capturing a seat on the CSM. Is CSM11 the year we finally get a highsec candidate on the CSM? Will Toxic Yaken's more moderate stance help or hinder this?

Can't shoot blues if you don't have any. Long Live NPSI.

Sabriz and Monk are both qualified players who I have voted for in the past. And I have to admit, you have done much better then I expected too this year Blink

Of course I want to be the guy in the CSM, but if a better (wo)man with a highsec background wins a seat, I would be happy too. Not sure if Toxic Yaken running is good or bad. You could probably ask him the same question. And I'm also not just running for highsec, as I also enjoy low sec industry a lot.

Very happy to see this is happening this year Tora. I made a blog post the day before this campaign thread was started, suggesting why I think you would make a great CSM. Considering the changes coming in 2016 with Citadels and them being anchored all over New Eden including High Sec, eventually the war dec system will have to be looked at regarding these new features. Tora would be a perfect candidate for both players and CCP when it comes to this playstyle and these new structures interacting. If someone else is more suited, please point them out, I can give them a vote as well.

Tora has been helpful outside of the game, working with several members of the community already. When approached about forming the War Dec Project, with Steve Ronuken and myself he was immediately interested. Since then he has been an active member in the community and on twitter in bringing more players ideas forward and into the project. There are over 14 contributors in the project now.

As he says, he is not a native English speaker, and can sometimes shoot from the hip when addressing some of the player submitted ideas and suggestions. This shouldn't put you off, as there is years of game knowledge in him, and he is fully committed to EVE online, as a high sec candidate he will be getting my 1st vote.

I endorse Tora with all I got. Very few commit as much time to others content as this guy and I think that's the kind of guy I want on the CSM. The experience with Empire space is also invaluable.

1.a Do you feel it is possible to generate a meaningful experience in the war dec system (past, present or future) to a NewBro/NewBro Corp. If yes...
1.b What do you feel would provide a meaningful experience with the wardec system to said newbros that would ideally help with player retention

2. Do you think emergent content is in a good place at the moment or could it use some help? If yes what do you think needs help?

If there are only newbro's, probably not much, but if you mix them with a few more experienced players, then they can do a lot of damage in a war. A thousand bee stings will still kill the lion. Biggest problem with bigger fleets is to actually get a fight, but many for example merc alliances have customs offices or posses. Start shooting them and you will have a fight. You do need to do your homework first and find them. There should not be an easy here it is option.

This is why I like Tora for CSM too is because he doesn't panda to would be supporters clearly leading in their questions. +1

Thanks. Yes those two, but when you would ask my alt(s), I also would like to be involved with the industry subjects. With a bad industry, you'll have less affordable ships, modules, etc, which will probably give you less good fights. So if you want to pvp and have fun, you also need to have a solid industry base.

Balance, it's always about good balance.....

Sorry for the late reply Tora. This pretty much sum's up how I feel.

My biggest desire to see you in CSM is directly because you know WAR Dec's and High Sec Shenanigans (proper) and you have a well placed desire to see equal game play. I can't say much more than post above.
