I put three of those Signal amplifier 2's on and two of those medium particle dispersion augmenters on.
With racial jammer 2's on I'm sitting around the 65km optimal range mark. Is that about right for this ship ? Or should be further etc?

I have long distance Jamming at 4 and Signal dispersion at 4, Recon 5 if that helps any, Just messing about with fittings on the Falcon and seeing what I can come up with.

The maximum you can reasonably expect on a Falcon is about 66.3+53.5km. T2 jamming ships sacrifice the range of their T1 counterparts for a much more significant jam strength bonus. It's generally worth it.

Thanks, trained up the ewar stuff, but never really used it, I was looking into the falcon as a new ride. Good to see I'm in the ball park on range etc.
Thanks again.

if you care about cap use, run best named jammers. Cap use is a bit smaller but every bit helps. Sometimes even cheaper than t2. Easier fitting if it means anything as well. Forget the names offhand but a quick compare in game or in show info in eft will show the best choices.

Cap use won't ever be an issue on a Falcon so there is NO reason to use expensive meta 4 if you can use T2, only if you start to fit a lot of cpu stuff (expanded probe launchers etc) you might have a reason to fit some named.

Excellence is not a skill, it's an attitude.

Meta 4 jammers are just as strong as Tech2, have the same range, ues less CPU and cap. also, cheaper.

if you want to jam at range, use a Scorpion
