21 days accelerated training with the Prototype Cerebral Accelerator?

I've created a plan that has skills going for 13.5 days and then a 10 day (shortened down to 7 days 21 hours!).

I remember reading years back that if you trained a really long skill it would keep going at the rate as if you still had the booster even if the 14 days expire so my question is does this hold true still?
