WH mercs are not really active on the forums but try "It must be Jelly or the Jam don't shake. Or whatever it's called.

Back strap or warp weighted? Either way I suspect you'll have little success as they're likely to unravel at the first signs of trouble, and I can't see flying shuttles being of much use in a combat situation.

I agree with Mortlake. You're going to end up with textiles instead of a contract.

Best case, you might get a tough-guy with a weave.

I would absolutely recommend another method for recruiting. Seems like a risky method to me.
