And took a look at the sov coalition map..here

Even after a few year break, most stuff is still recognizable so i got the general vibe.. but my question is the Neutral States.

Are these just alliances that have no affiliation with any blocks? Are they renter alliances being protected by a bigger coalition?

If they are just small alliances, is this a result of all the cap changes and sov changes where smaller alliances are able to hold on?


Any other info let me know as im curious!

Does that mean that everything listed as "neutral" on that map is NRDS?

that was my first thought too, but the influence map seems to have a lot of not-PFR listed as 'neutral states'.

i have no idea, actually. just sov holding entities not clearly aligned with anyone else?
