But CCP allows moving caps out of HighSec. He can sell it then.

If he does things CCP has forbidden HighSec-capital owners to do, they'll even move the cap to the nearest LowSec-station for free and without asking. P

You don´t really understand PLEX huh? PLEX is already paid by someone... No free months...

thats the thing though, the capital is worth nothing in highsec because it cant be sold there so its not worth 100bil, move it to lowsec and you get face value or whatever someone wants to pay for it (1bil?)
