Hi,

I'm starting up an industrial (manufacturing), trade, logistics, and resource extraction (mining) corporation. To get the corp off the ground, I would like at least 10 leaders fulfilling roles in corp when the corp officially opens. You would help build this new corp from the ground up. If you're interested, I'm looking for the following:

MUST HAVE:

  • Desire to lead members and help run the corp.
  • Desire to work as a team to reach corporate goals.


BONUSES (not required):

  • If you're a pro at google spreadsheets, we need you (yes, they have to be google sheets [experience with Microsoft excel also counts]).
  • It would be nice if you were a main, and not an alt.
  • If you have more than one account, that would be nice.
  • If you have a jump freighter, that would be awesome.
  • If you have skill to fly blockade runners and deep space transports, that would be very helpful.
  • If you have a lot of experience in the area of industry, trade, or manufacturing, that would be helpful.
  • If you have hundreds of researched BPOs, you could make BPCs for corporate use. That would be badass.
  • If you have Orca boosting skills, that would be helpful.
  • If you are willing to help newbros learn the ropes, that would be EXTREMEMLY helpful.

Could I please be so bold to task what your role will be if you have 10 people running things?

Other than reaping the rewards for everyone elses work (I presume)

I dont think there will be any role for him, and it will be exactly as you said... he just reaps the rewards

I would be organizing everything and doing everything that everyone else does. Just because I would have 10 people in leadership roles, doesn't mean I would be doing nothing. If the CEO (myself) is doing nothing, that's a recipe for disaster. As the CEO, I would be head of logistics. That means I would be doing hauling runs, and managing courier contracts. I would be head of industry. That means I would be managing and organizing mining ops. It also means I would be in charge of manufacturing, making sure we get the resources needed for building ships, modules, structures, etc. I would also be in charge of structure management. I would be putting up starbases for corp, transporting goods between resource extraction points, and the starbase for manufacturing. As CEO, one of my most important jobs is making sure we have clients to sell our items to. I would also be head of recruitment. I would make sure we have a steady income of pilots into corp. I would also make sure they are comfortable within the corp and are happy with their environment. I would be doing ALL of those things. As you can see, that's quite a bit for one person to do, which is why I would want many people fulfilling various roles so we don't get burnt out quickly. If your sole purpose is to troll this thread, I feel sorry for you as it must be tough being the scum of the forums. If you are interested in helping out, I'm sorry but I don't think we'll be in need of your services.

Reading your latest reply.... it doesn't make sense, seems that you're doing everything anyway by your own admission, oh and the last part about trolling your thread and how I'm scum of the forums, well if that's how you respond to anyone who asks you a genuine question, you can keep your corp and your toxic egotistical attitude, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

Good luck finding 10 robots who will never question any of your policies or decisions, and make you billions in the meantime.
