almost all of them will want money up front but yes in this case it's probably a scam

99,9% will scam your isk and lead you to wrong wormhole or will just kill you to get more tears . use trusted parties sush wingspan or signal cartel/eve scout .

you can also use tripwire siggy and try to find eventual chains that might lead to your wormhole

Just use jester's friendly wormhole tracking service, it's fast and efficient!

You can always send your isk to Jester, he'll return it if he can't find the hole!

I can serve as the middle man. My fee is usually 2% for any transaction right at and under 500mil. The involved parties have to agree on who of them is paying that fee.

How I usually work:

1. Finder will tell me the amount of Isk he is expecting. Seeker will tell me what he is expecting in exchange (in your situation: finding your wh, J-sig etc). All this has to be in writing, meaning Eve-Mail.

2. Seeker will transfer the Isk to me and I will confirm the amount to the Finder.

3. Finder will provide wh location details to Seeker either by contracting out bookmarks or other acceptable ways (e.g. Signature ID and system name). If Seeker wants a chain starting from HS he has to negotiate this with the Finder.

4. As soon as Seeker confirms that his expectations have been met I will forward the payment to Finder.

5. If Seeker has not been able to get into his wh within 5 days I will return the deposit (minus my fee).

Let me know if you guys want to proceed with this.
