Appearal problems

I am unable to find where to use the appaeral items in my Item Hangar.

I am told that they should appear in the customization wardrobe selection with a blue background rather than a black one, but I am unable to find them anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

After you buy them, you have to redeem them to the station you want to store them in. You have to be in that station to do that. You do that using the Necom. (E button at the top left of your screen)

Once redeemed They will appear in the item hanger of the station you are in.

Then you can customize those items only in the station in which they are kept.

At the Select Character screen, redeem the items from the NEX store to the character you want to customize.

Then start that character and click the Customization button in the station to wear the clothes and re-do your avatar / picture.

The items are already in my Item Hanger. They do not appear to be in the character customization menu anywhere when I am at that station. I think I may be experiencing some sort of glitch.
