o7 to all !

So, I have a question. I'm developing a market app... Until now I didn't think in realeasing it to the public, but since I can't play as much.. I'm thinking on just releasing it for a montly ISK fee.

The questions are:

Do I have to release the source codes?
If I don't have to release the codes, I guess I should submit it to the CCP's to check it?
Do I need a developer key even if I don't use authed CREST ?

Thanks,
Evalla.

You do not have to make your source code public to anyone

Chances are though that if it isn't open source very few people would trust any third party with their information and some not even then.

Thanks for the replys.

This application only requires you to give your trade skill lvls and, and maybe the eve cache.
