Launcher "not responding"

My launcher has turned all black and is "not responding".

I tried re-installing the game, update GPU drivers (GTX980) ... no better luck.

Any idea ?

Actually I had already tried it with 'software', I thought both values where supposed to solve the problem as well so I had stop this test then.
I just tried with 'desktop'. Not working.
Then I tried 'angle', which worked.
