100MN AB VNI with Blood Raiders Faction appropriate resist and drone tweaks oughta do it.

Something like this, although not sure if Thermal resists are high enough, Might need a Damage Control. Any specific rat dealing bulk Thermal damage will need to be identified and shot ASAP. This is not an AFK'tar.

I hate to say this again but there no best or worst ships, just ship that are less beneficial for the task at hand. "Forsaken" mean that the "Hub" anomalies is a tad more diffcult than regular "Hub" anomalies.

I recommend a Gila or that Blood Raider boat, the ashimmu with beams, ab and double reps since you can expect some degree of neuts and tracking disruption on you.

If I make an educated guess, the more challenging anomalies like the Havens and Sanctums will have more tracking disruption and neutralizing, so anything with capless guns will do fine, but lazors are still the best option.

The only DED complexes I ran were the 3 and 4 / 10 Blood Raider ones, so anything higher, I would need to look them up first.

Eve Minions is recruiting.

This is the law of ship progression!

I also fly around in Blood Raider space and prefer Amarr ships. I like to use the Navy Apocalypse and Navy Omen.

Amarr ships are built to armor tank, which has more inherent EM and Therm resistance than shield tanks and they use Energy Turrets. Blood Raiders have the low resistance to EM and Therm damage.

I would also recommend the Amarr drones (EM damage) over the Gallente drones (Therm damage).

I haven't had much luck with Gallente drones. Gallente drones have a higher DPS, this is true, but low armor and seem to get picked off pretty quickly. Gallente drones seem to get targeted very often and very quickly, but I haven't had the same experiences when using Amarr drones. Sometimes, sure, but definitely not as frequently and quickly.

It sounds plausible enough tonight, but wait until tomorrow. Wait for the common sense of the morning.
